The Commission is the community and governing body behind VILeaderboard—the human institution that gives the record book its standards, stewardship, and purpose.
VILeaderboard records Routes, runs, times, drivers, standings, records, and history. It is the structured, authoritative layer of competition: neutral about how people choose to build, host, or experience GTA driving.
A verified time is a verified time.
The Commission operates and stewards VILeaderboard, establishes standards, validates competition, and brings together the people who care about pushing GTA driving forward.
It is larger and more durable than any one communication platform.
That mission reaches beyond leaderboards. Community innovation can make GTA driving more expressive, more competitive, and more technically capable through better tools, hardware support, vehicle work, creator platforms, modding, and server development.
GTA V already showed what can happen when developers, modders, server communities, vehicle creators, handling specialists, and hardware enthusiasts build around a driving platform over time. The Commission wants to help that progress carry forward.
The Commission does not need to own every breakthrough.
Excellent tools, servers, communities, and technical advances all move GTA driving toward its full potential. The Commission can recognize good work, connect people, organize competition, preserve records, provide standards, and help useful ideas reach the drivers who care about them.
VILeaderboard relies on the people of The Commission—including you—to keep the record book accurate and the community strong. Report a player, challenge a run, or tell us about a bug in your own words.
Reports are posted publicly in the locked Discord Reports channel, so legitimate concerns do not disappear into a private inbox.
The Commission currently lives primarily as a community on Discord. It is where drivers, creators, organizers, and technical contributors gather around the shared mission.
